Your initial payment covers your first week ($70) and the $99 bond. From week 2, you're charged $70 at the start of each week, never upfront, with no lock-in and no minimum term. The bond is refunded under the rental agreement. Final pricing will be confirmed at launch.

How much is the bond?

The bond is $99. It's refunded at the end of your hire, less any deductions set out in the rental agreement.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes. Give the agreed notice, settle any payments due and return the bike in the agreed condition.

What if my bike breaks down?

Contact support. We'll assess the fault and, if it qualifies, arrange a replacement bike, subject to availability.

Can I contact after hours?

Yes, support is available around the clock. Repairs and bike swaps are arranged as soon as a bike is available.

How do I get my bike?

You'll choose collection or delivery when you book.
